"We will be electing a bargaining committee, electing stewards and meeting with members to get their input for bargaining proposals," said Smith. "The new bargaining committee should be at the table by late February with Great Canadian Casinos to negotiate a first agreement. In the meantime, we will continue our efforts to organize more groups at Great Canadian Casinos to enable the representation of as many employees as possible in this first round of bargaining."
