The settlement was reached with the help of Conciliation Services of the Manitoba government.

Although restraint was imposed by the funders of the agency, the members will receive a four per cent wage increase over the life of the agreement which expires in the fall of 2014.

The MGEU/NUPGE bargaining committee will be finalizing the agreement before it is signed and distributed to the members. In the meantime, members are encouraged to update their contact information here to ensure they receive a copy of the new contract once available.
