Dear Friends:
A federal election has been called. The campaign has begun and there is a lot at stake.
In the last election more than a third of Canadians eligible to vote stayed home. It was the worst turnout rate in the 38 federal elections since Confederation.
It is also obvious that recent partisan political bickering on Parliament Hill has left a lot of people disenchanted, cynical and apathetic
