Canadian Blood Services members reject tentative agreement

Meetings with members will be set shortly to determine how to proceed.

Winnipeg (07 Jan. 2013) — Members of the Manitoba Government and General Employees' Union (MGEU/NUPGE) employed by Canadian Blood Services overwhelmingly rejected a tentative agreement with their employer.

The bargaining committee will be scheduling meetings with the membership in Winnipeg on February 7, and in Brandon around the same time to determine how to proceed.

In the meantime, members are encouraged to update their contact information here to ensure they receive complete details on the upcoming meetings.
